Calling all geeks in the Dallas area: There's a Science Fair -- for grown-ups! -- at the New Amsterdam Coffee Haus this Sunday! They're using "seventh-grade science fair rules," as in, you need to have a display and follow the scientific method. Have everything set up by 4 PM, and judging is at 5 PM.

It costs $10 to enter, and the winner gets all the entry fees.

If I win, I will buy a drink for every entrant. What better way to reward both scientific endeavor and the New Amsterdam itself for such a great idea?
