::A PRODUCT WHOSE NAME I DON'T GET::

Dazz-Ahh is the newest addition to the white-pink-blue-yellow of sweetner trays. It's sugar water, in a packet, á là little soy sauce packets in take-out sushi boxes.

It reminds me of Indonesia. That supersaturated solution of water and 2-[3,4-dihydroxy-2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy-6-(hydroxymethy
l)oxane-3,4,5-triol graced the tables of many restaurants next to iced teas.

I can't wait to see it at a coffee shop.

Comments:
Indo has been on your mind quite a bit these days, hasn't it? Or, at least on Iridesce Sent...ahh, love those moments of nostalgia?
I was under the impression that sugar water was available in US coffee shops, no?
[full stop!]...Woh! Wicked flashback to the iced lemonade at the American Club and those little metal jars full of sugar syrup...YOU'RE RIGHT!!!!
