::SHOWER THOUGHTS::

I'm still kinda stuck on this Dove thing, and I spent my time in the shower this morning thinking of ways to take the idea of beauty and invert/explode it. My thoughts, all meta-like, turned to intelligence and elegance as beauty, so I sought to think of an advertisement-friendly tagline for a product that might wish to exploit my cleverness.

I first came up with a nifty automobile/head-topper metaphor: "It's not the junk in the trunk, it's what's under the bonnet that counts!"

But most American's wouldn't get it. So I modified to, "It's not the junk in the trunk, it's what's under the hood that counts!"

But "hood" is leads thoughts in a totally different direction.
Comments:
Have you seen I heart Huckabees? There's a tie-in with bonnets and covering beauty to reveal inner beauty. LOVE that movie.
